You need to be careful when you go out for a haircut next time. Reports show hairstylists are spreading Coronavirus all around Missouri. In order to keep their jobs 2 Great Clips hairstylists never said anything about their COVID-19 infection to their employees. However, this resulted in a very bad situation as it exposed almost all of their clients to the virus. Almost 140 clients have now caught the deadly infection from the hairstylists.
The Springfield Greene Health Department confirmed that the hairstylists were suffering from the disease and were also symptomatic patients. This further questions the moral of the 2 people involved. Why did hey not get tested? In the current scenario maybe they were afraid to lose their job.

Great Clips: Coronavirus spreading salon
The two stylists showed symptoms for days while at work. No one in the salon questioned about their health. Moreover, it is strange for someone to keep a salon open even at times of pandemic. Especially when the virus concerned spreads through human transmission. This incident highlights the dangers of community spread in the United States as businesses reopen after weeks of restrictions to stop the spread of coronavirus.
Both stylists worked from the second week of May to Wednesday. The clients and the stylists all wore face coverings which goes according to the COVID-19 policies of the salon, says the Health Department. At the time, businesses like barbershops and hair salons were allowed to operate in the state.
Currently, Health officials are reaching out to all the people who were exposed and offering them free Coronavirus testing. They urged them to be on the lookout for any symptom. This shows the proactiveness of the health department in a situation like this. But what is of more concern is whether the salon will finally close now.
