Apparently a jogger, out in the park fell sick due to the presence of a mask in his face. A 26-year-old man from Wuhan, China suffered from chest pain after exercise. Further studies revealed that the person’s lungs failed due to working out while wearing a mask.

However, your mask restricts the airflow into your lungs, which may make you feel tired, or breathless. This is very similar to the feeling of asphyxiation. Do not push your limit while wearing a mask and doing an exercise. It can cause lung damage and help influence Coronavirus in your body.
